Next free Epic Games Store titles are confirmed.
Chess Ultra and World of Warships — Starter Pack: Ishizuchi can apply for free Epic‘s PC tori 23.-30.3.
They replace the turn-based 4X strategy game Warhammer 40,000: Gladius – Relics of War, which is now free to claim until March 23.

“Chess Ultra brings the greatest strategy game of all time with a modern twist; delivering the ultimate chess experience with stunning 4K visuals, grandmaster-approved AI, and full VR compatibility,” according to the Epic Games Store listing.
World of Warships — Starter Pack: Ishizuchi is an add-on for the free-to-play naval battle game World of Warships. It is currently priced at £16.51 on the Epic Games Store.
The Epic Games Store gave away 99 free games last year (up from 89 in 2021), Epic said last week.
According to the company, these games were worth a combined $2,240 (up from $2,120 the previous year), and users claimed more than 700 million free games (up from 765 million in 2021).
Epic has recently suggested players Expect more high-profile Epic Games Store exclusives will be announced in the future.
“We really manage our strategy based on what we found worked really well in previous releases and what didn’t work really well,” Epic CEO Tim Sweeney told PC gamer.
“A handful of big exclusive games really moved the needle … and smaller games, especially games with smaller audiences that were typically on Steamwe found that many of these players were unwilling to switch.
