Sony confirmed last month that PlayStation VR2 release window selection would consist of 37 games with Horizon: Call of the Mountain and a VR version Gran Turismo 7 available on the first day.

Sources at Bloomberg recently claimed that Sony had cut its PlayStation VR2 release forecast in half after disappointing pre-order numbers.

They claimed that Sony’s shipment forecasts were cut from two million to one million units this quarter. In response, Sony issued a statement claiming that it “has not cut production volumes for the PlayStation VR2.”
