A new trailer has been released Sea of Thieves: Voyage of a Lifetime, a new documentary about Rare to celebrate the game’s fifth anniversary.
“With never-before-seen footage and an honest look at the highs and lows of Sea of Thieves’ development and release, this honest and in-depth documentary pulls back the curtain and shows the game’s evolution in the most detailed and raw way ever discussed.”, said Christina McGrath, community leader and communication is rare Xbox Wire.
Along with this announcement, the ninth season of Sea of Thieves was detailed. “Season 9 headlines a valuable piece of loot called the Chest of Fortune, which brings its own new accolades and cosmetics,” according to the blog post.

“Players can also expect changes related to Reaper’s Chests, new voyages for captains and pirate legends, World Events are better balanced based on crew size, and more – including 100 seasonal level progressions for players to work and earn rewards to increase reputation.”
It was announced last month Destruction AllStars studio Lucid Games has collaborated with Rare as the game’s support studio.
The independent Liverpool-based developer confirmed that it had partnered Xbox‘s Harvinainen in an update on their website and social media channels.
“It’s been incredible to support them on their exciting pirate adventure and we can’t wait to see where this legendary journey takes us,” it said.
The studio was told Sony’s Twisted Metal development duties video game reboot, but an unannounced project happened later moved to PlayStation’s Firesprite studio.
