Nintendo has provided new information about the upcoming update Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
The version 1.2.0 updatewhich is scheduled for release at the end of February, will add new features to Pokémon Boxes to make them more useful.
Other than that, the update seems to be mainly focused on fixing bugs, including several issues with battles (and Tera Raid battles in particular).
One thing not mentioned in the notes is compatibility with the Pokémon Home app, which Pokémon Company says it’s in the spring of 2023.
Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Review | VGC
At the beginning of February, the application received an update that added information about Ranked Battles Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violetwhich led some to believe that preparations are being made to integrate the app into the game’s next update.
However, based on the current patches, it doesn’t appear that this is the case, although Nintendo emphasizes: “We are planning additional features and bug fixes that are not mentioned in these patch notes.”
The full patch details (so far) are as follows:

Bug fixes
Tera Raid battles

- A bug that causes all Pokémon on your side to pass out at once, even though their HP gauges show they still have HP, can occur in Black Crystal Tera Raid battles against Pokémon with the most powerful token. This will be fixed.
- A bug that can temporarily prevent the player from inputting anything into the game can occur if a Tera Pokémon performs certain actions when the player selects the target of their move. This will be fixed.

After this error, players could not participate in other ranked battles. This will be fixed.
