Obsidian apologises for Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition performance issues

However, the game has been poorly received by players across all platforms, with many users complaining that it performs significantly worse than the original title.

“I understand how frustrating this can be, and I can assure you that the Private Division team is working to get the patch out as soon as possible.”

They added, “If you face any other issues while playing the game, you can Send a support card to the private department. They are dedicated support for The Outer Worlds and we do our best to direct all information to them so they can find solutions as quickly as possible.

Spacer’s Choice Edition includes The Outer Worlds base game and both of its narrative expansions, Murder in Eridanos and Danger on the Gorgon$59.99 / £49.99.

Players who already own the game and both DLC packs Xbox One, PS4 or PC can upgrade to Spacer’s Choice Edition for $9.99 / £5.

And in June 2021 Obsidian announced The Outer Worlds 2 for Xbox Series X/S and PC with a comedy trailer showing that the game was far from finished.
