Lance Reddick, the instantly recognizable actor best known for his work on The Wire, John Wick and Horizon Zero Dawn, has died at the age of 60. It is said that Reddick’s body was found in his home in Los Angeles on Friday morning, and at this time His cause of death is believed to be “natural causes”.
As recently as Wednesday, Reddick was Active on social media, posted a short video that revealed she was enjoying a day at home with the dogs. Today, the movie and gaming industries are shocked that Lance Reddick, without warning or signs of ill health has unfortunately passed away.

Lance Reddick, born in 1962, broke into acting when he made his first television appearance in 1996. Over the course of nearly three decades, Reddick went on to star in countless productions that included traditional movies and television shows, but also worked as an actor. Next week, on March 24, one of Reddick’s final films will be released, John Wick 4. He will also see posthumous releases in the form of Percy Jackson and the Olympians (2024) and Hellboy: Web of Wyrd (TBC), in which he voiced the main character.
News of his tragic death has sent shockwaves across the industry, with prominent actors and personalities offering their heartfelt condolences. on Twitter, Ben Stiller wrote:
Lance Reddick was a beautiful and convincing actor. And a beautiful person. He worked with my mother, Anne Meara, in the play “Afterplay” where he played Raziel, the Waiter’s Angel of Death. He was great at it and everything he did. Nothing has been lost.
