Artwork for an upcoming Apex Legends Season 17 legend called Ballistic has leaked online.
Last images appear on reddit show different models for the upcoming legend, which is believed to be called Ballistic. Details of the character have been leaked as far back as Season 13, but it’s only recently that we’ve had a chance to look at his design.
Dressed in shades and a long coat, shirt, vest and tie, Ballistic looks like an older man with gray hair. He’s believed to be an arms dealer with close ties to Apex Games, though it’s worth bearing in mind that the leaked details could all change before the character’s full release.
Previous leaks related to Ballistic have talked about his in-game abilities. These include the passive ability to carry a third weapon, albeit without attachments. His tactic is said to be a shot that disintegrates enemies and causes their weapons to overheat when fired too quickly.
Finally, Ballistic’s Ultimate is believed to be a buff that offers his third weapon slot with the best stats and attachments. It’s also said to give his team infinite ammo while increasing both charge and move speed.
As more information about the character and his abilities trickle out into the wild, it seems more likely than ever that Ballistic will arrive as part of Apex Legends Season 17. There is no official start date for that season yet, but expectations are for it to begin sometime in May.
